After successfullly operating as a Sole Trader for over three years brothers Lewis & Lawrence Owens decided to link up and form L.OWENS JOINERS & BUILDERS LTD.
With a love for our trades Joinery & Brickwork, we take our work very seriously.
However with most projects involving other trades we strive to work as a team with other professional trades people who are also passionate about their work.

We can take you stage by stage through the whole project, co-ordinating with all the respective trades, design team & building control as well as discussing the works with neighbours before the project begins.
Leaving you with an approved home and making the whole project as unsetttling as possible.
Managing the project-
During longer projects such as a Loft conversion many things can often be overlooked until the situation arises, often when it is too late. For example, as we mentioned above we will take the time to speak with neighbours, discussing matters such as start & finish times, access through gardens/paths, the erecting of scaffolding and ladders and of course the parking of vehicles.
Addressing these topics at the start can help to see the project through without unnecessary stress.
Along with this we can manage the whole project arranging each trade at the relevant times taking away another potential hectic task for the client.
